Bible Loom 이용약관

이 약관은 휴먼사이드(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 Bible Loom 앱과 관련 서비스의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하거나 계정을 생성하면 이 약관이 적용됩니다. 동의할 수 없거나 계약을 체결할 능력이 없다면 독립적으로 계정을 생성하지 마세요.

1. 서비스

Bible Loom은 성경 읽기, 메모·하이라이트, AI 성경 대화, 성경 역할극, 알림과 구독 기능을 제공합니다. 기능은 개발 및 운영 과정에서 변경될 수 있으며 중요한 변경은 합리적인 방법으로 알립니다.

2. 계정과 전 연령 이용

Bible Loom의 성경 콘텐츠는 전 연령을 대상으로 합니다. 독립적인 계정은 성인 또는 거주지 법률상 계약 능력이 있는 보호자가 생성하고 관리해야 합니다. 미성년자는 보호자가 관리하는 기기와 계정에서 보호자의 감독 아래 이용할 수 있습니다.

계정 소유자는 로그인 수단과 기기를 안전하게 관리하고 자신의 계정에서 발생한 활동을 확인해야 합니다. 다른 사람의 계정을 무단으로 사용하거나 허위 정보를 제공해서는 안 됩니다.

3. AI 콘텐츠와 안전

AI 응답은 자동으로 생성되므로 부정확하거나 특정 성경 해석에 치우칠 수 있습니다. Bible Loom은 의료·심리·법률·목회 상담을 제공하지 않으며 AI 응답은 전문가나 신뢰하는 목회자의 개별 상담을 대체하지 않습니다.

생명·신체의 위험, 자해, 학대 또는 긴급 상황에서는 앱의 답변에 의존하지 말고 지역 긴급기관과 자격 있는 전문가에게 즉시 도움을 요청해야 합니다.

4. 이용자의 콘텐츠

이용자는 자신이 입력한 질문, 메모와 기타 콘텐츠에 필요한 권리를 보유해야 합니다. 다른 사람의 개인정보, 저작권을 침해하는 자료, 불법·유해 콘텐츠를 입력해서는 안 됩니다.

운영자는 서비스 제공과 해당 요청의 응답 생성에 필요한 범위에서 이용자 콘텐츠를 처리합니다. 이용자 콘텐츠를 판매하거나 외부 사업자의 독자적인 AI 학습에 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 금지 행위

운영자는 위반을 조사하고 필요한 경우 콘텐츠 접근 또는 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

6. 구독과 결제

유료 기능은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 자동 갱신 구독으로 제공됩니다. 상품명, 가격, 청구 주기, 무료 체험과 다음 결제일은 구매 확인 화면에 표시된 정보가 우선합니다.

구독은 현재 기간이 끝나기 전에 스토어에서 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신될 수 있습니다. 구매 복원, 결제수단, 환불과 청약철회는 적용 법률과 해당 스토어 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

계정 삭제 또는 앱 삭제는 구독 해지가 아닙니다. 반복 결제를 중단하려면 Apple 또는 Google 계정의 구독 관리 화면에서 별도로 해지해야 합니다.

7. 지식재산권

앱의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 상표와 운영자가 제작한 콘텐츠의 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 성경 번역문과 제3자 콘텐츠는 각 권리자의 라이선스와 이용 조건을 따릅니다.

이용자는 개인적이고 비상업적인 목적에서 서비스에 접근할 수 있는 제한적이고 양도할 수 없는 이용 권한을 받습니다.

8. 서비스 변경과 종료

운영자는 보안, 법령, 제품 개선 또는 외부 서비스 변경에 따라 기능을 수정하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 중대한 영향을 주는 경우 가능한 범위에서 사전에 알립니다.

이용자는 언제든지 앱에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 후 개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

9. 보증과 책임

운영자는 서비스를 합리적인 주의로 제공하지만 서비스가 항상 중단 없이 제공되거나 AI 응답이 정확하다고 보증하지 않습니다. 운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실, 소비자 보호법상 제한할 수 없는 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.

적용 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 예측하기 어려운 간접 손해나 이용자의 부적절한 AI 결과 사용으로 발생한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.

10. 약관 변경

운영자는 관련 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 앱이나 웹사이트에서 알립니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 개정 약관이 적용될 수 있지만, 별도 동의가 필요한 변경은 법률이 요구하는 절차를 따릅니다.

11. 준거법과 분쟁

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 기준으로 해석하며, 분쟁의 제1심 전속 관할법원은 서울중앙지방법원으로 합니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행 소비자 보호 규정과 거주지 법원을 이용할 권리는 제한하지 않습니다. 분쟁이 발생하면 먼저 [email protected]으로 연락하여 해결을 시도할 수 있습니다.

EU·영국 등 소비자는 거주지 법원과 법률이 보장하는 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

본 문서는 서비스 운영을 위한 초안이며 개별 사안에 대한 법률 자문이 아닙니다.

Bible Loom Terms of Service

These Terms govern the Bible Loom app and related services provided by HumanSide ("we"). By accessing the Service or creating an account, these Terms apply to you. Do not create an independent account if you cannot accept these Terms or lack legal capacity to contract.

1. Service

Bible Loom provides Bible reading, notes and highlights, AI-assisted Bible conversations, Bible role-play, notifications, and subscriptions. Features may change as the product develops. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

2. Accounts and general-audience use

Bible Loom's Scripture content is intended for a general audience. An independent account must be created and controlled by an adult or a guardian with legal capacity where they live. A minor may use a guardian-controlled device and account under the guardian's supervision.

The account holder must secure the sign-in method and device and review activity under the account. You may not use another person's account without permission or submit false account information.

3. AI content and safety

AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or reflect a particular interpretation of Scripture. Bible Loom does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or pastoral counseling, and its responses are not a substitute for personalized professional or pastoral care.

In an emergency involving safety, self-harm, abuse, or immediate danger, do not rely on the app. Contact local emergency services and a qualified professional immediately.

4. Your content

You must have the rights needed for questions, notes, and other content you submit. Do not submit another person's personal information, infringing material, or illegal or harmful content.

We process your content only as needed to provide the Service and generate the requested response. We do not sell it or provide it for a third party's independent AI-model training.

5. Prohibited conduct

We may investigate violations and restrict content or account access where reasonably necessary.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The product, price, billing interval, free trial, and next charge shown in the store purchase confirmation control the transaction.

A subscription may renew unless it is canceled in the store before the current period ends. Purchase restoration, payment methods, refunds, and withdrawal rights are handled under applicable law and store policy.

Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. You must separately cancel recurring billing in your Apple or Google subscription settings.

EU and UK consumers retain any mandatory withdrawal, conformity, and remedy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where immediate digital performance affects a withdrawal right, the store checkout and applicable law determine the required acknowledgment and remedy.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design, trademarks, and operator-created content belong to us or the applicable rightsholder. Bible translations and third-party content remain subject to the relevant licenses and terms.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to access the Service while these Terms apply.

8. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features for security, legal compliance, product improvement, or changes to external services. We will provide advance notice where a change materially affects users and notice is reasonably possible.

You may delete your account in the app at any time. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy after deletion.

9. Warranties and liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability or factual accuracy of AI output. Nothing excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unforeseeable indirect loss or for inappropriate use of AI output without suitable independent review.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or the Service. We will announce material changes through the app or website before they take effect. Where renewed consent is legally required, we will follow the required process.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court is the agreed court of first instance. This does not limit mandatory consumer protection or your right to use the courts available where you live. Contact [email protected] first if you wish to resolve a dispute informally.

EU and UK consumers may rely on the mandatory law and courts available in their place of residence.
