휴먼사이드(이하 “운영자”)는 성경 읽기, AI 성경 대화, 성경 역할극과 관련 기능을 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 처리합니다. 이 방침은 대한민국 개인정보 보호법을 중심으로 작성되었으며, 해외 이용자에게 적용될 수 있는 권리도 함께 설명합니다.

개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한·동의 철회와 불만은 위 이메일 또는 앱의 고객지원 기능으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
2. 처리하는 개인정보
이용자가 제공하거나 로그인 제공자로부터 받는 정보
- Apple 또는 Google 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소 또는 Apple 비공개 릴레이 주소
- 닉네임, 앱 언어와 시간대
- 성경 읽기 기록, 마지막 읽은 위치, 메모와 하이라이트
- AI 대화·역할극에 입력한 내용과 생성된 응답, 진행 기록과 요약
- 고객지원 문의의 분류·제목·내용·회신 이메일
서비스 이용 과정에서 자동으로 생성되는 정보
- IP 주소, 접속 시각, 앱 버전, 운영체제·버전과 기기 모델
- Expo 푸시 토큰, 알림 설정, 전송·수신 처리 상태
- 구독 상품, 스토어, 구매·갱신·만료·취소 상태와 거래 식별자
- AI 요청의 모델·사용량·지연 시간·오류 코드 등 운영 메타데이터
운영자는 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 정확한 위치, 연락처 목록, 광고 식별자, 생체정보를 요구하지 않습니다. 결제카드 번호는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하며 운영자가 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 민감정보에 관한 안내
성경 질문이나 역할극 입력에는 이용자가 직접 작성한 종교적·철학적 신념, 건강 또는 개인적인 고민이 포함될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 AI 기능을 처음 제공하기 전에 이러한 정보가 AI 응답 생성에 처리될 수 있음을 별도로 알리고 명시적 동의를 받습니다. 동의를 거부해도 성경 읽기 등 민감정보 처리가 필요하지 않은 기능은 이용할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 해당 정보를 요청한 AI 응답을 생성하는 용도로만 처리하며, 이용자의 신념을 광고 프로필로 추론하거나 맞춤형 광고에 이용하지 않습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 서비스 이용에 필요하지 않은 건강정보, 다른 사람의 개인정보와 민감정보는 입력하지 마세요.

Bible Loom의 AI는 성경 관련 설명과 역할극을 생성하지만 고용, 신용, 보험, 주거, 교육 또는 의료 접근에 중대한 영향을 주는 자동화된 결정을 하지 않습니다.
5. 처리위탁과 국외 이전
서비스 제공을 위해 다음 업체가 필요한 범위에서 개인정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 실제 처리 위치와 보호조치는 각 업체의 계약 및 인프라에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

국외 이전은 이용자가 해당 기능을 요청할 때 네트워크를 통하여 이루어지거나 각 업체의 서비스 인프라를 통해 지속적으로 이루어질 수 있습니다. 운영자는 적용 법률과 각 업체의 계약상 보호조치를 확인하고 필요한 동의 또는 고지를 제공합니다.
운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 맞춤형 광고나 서로 다른 서비스 간 행동 추적을 위하여 개인정보를 공유하지 않습니다. 이용자 콘텐츠를 외부 사업자의 독자적인 AI 학습 자료로 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

보유 기간이 끝난 전자 파일은 복구하기 어려운 방식으로 삭제합니다. 백업에 남은 정보는 백업 보존 기간이 끝날 때 자동으로 삭제되며 일반 서비스로 복원하여 사용하지 않습니다.
7. 계정 삭제와 구독
앱의 설정에서 계정을 삭제하면 계정과 연결된 개인정보가 즉시 삭제됩니다. 법령상 보존해야 하는 결제 기록은 이용자 계정과 연결할 수 없도록 사용자 식별자를 제거한 뒤 별도로 보관합니다.
계정 삭제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 구독 해지가 아닙니다. 반복 결제를 중단하려면 해당 스토어의 구독 관리 화면에서 별도로 해지해야 합니다.
8. 이용자와 보호자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 관하여 다음을 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 처리 여부와 보유 정보의 열람
- 부정확한 정보의 정정
- 삭제와 처리 제한
- 동의 철회와 처리 반대
- 적용되는 경우 구조화된 형식의 데이터 제공
- 감독기관에 불만 제기
운영자는 요청자의 신원을 확인한 뒤 적용 법률이 정한 기간에 처리합니다. 적용되는 해외 법률이 추가 권리를 보장하는 경우 이용자는 해당 권리도 행사할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 맞춤형 광고 목적으로 공유하지 않습니다.
9. 아동과 보호자
Bible Loom의 성경 콘텐츠는 전 연령이 이용할 수 있습니다. 다만 독립적인 계정은 성인 또는 거주지 법률상 계약 능력이 있는 보호자가 생성하고 관리해야 합니다. 미성년자는 보호자가 관리하는 기기와 계정에서 보호자의 감독 아래 이용할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 독립적인 아동 프로필이나 생년월일을 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자 동의 없이 아동이 독립적으로 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 되면 운영자는 해당 정보를 삭제하거나 적용 법률에서 요구하는 보호자 확인 절차를 진행합니다. 보호자는 위 연락처로 자신이 관리하는 계정의 열람 또는 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
10. 쿠키와 추적 기술
법적 고지 사이트는 분석·광고 쿠키, 픽셀 또는 이용자 추적 기술을 사용하지 않습니다. 언어 전환은 페이지 안에서만 동작하며 서버에 사용자 프로필로 저장하지 않습니다. 앱은 광고 식별자를 수집하거나 앱 간 추적을 하지 않습니다.
11. 안전성 확보 조치
운영자는 접근 권한 최소화, 전송 구간 암호화, 비밀번호와 비밀값의 안전한 저장, 접근 통제, 로그의 개인정보 최소화, 정기 백업·복원 검증과 보존 기간 자동화를 적용합니다. Apple·Google 로그인 토큰과 서버 비밀키는 공개 앱 설정이나 법적 고지 사이트에 저장하지 않습니다.
12. 처리방침의 변경
내용이 변경되면 시행 전에 앱 또는 웹사이트에서 알립니다. 이용자 권리에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 적용 법률이 요구하는 방식과 기간에 따라 별도로 안내하고, 별도 동의가 필요한 경우 다시 동의를 받습니다. 이전 버전과 시행일은 웹사이트에서 확인할 수 있도록 관리합니다.
13. 구제 기관
대한민국 이용자는 개인정보침해신고센터(국번 없이 118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr), 대검찰청(1301) 또는 경찰청(182)에 상담이나 구제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 해외 이용자는 거주지에서 적용되는 개인정보 보호 감독기관에 불만을 제기할 수 있습니다.
본 문서는 서비스 운영을 위한 초안이며 개별 사안에 대한 법률 자문이 아닙니다.

HumanSide ("we") provides Bible reading, AI-assisted Bible conversations, Bible role-play, and related features. This Policy explains how we handle personal information. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.

You may use the email above or in-app support to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal, or assistance.
2. Information we process
Information you provide or we receive from sign-in providers
- Apple or Google account identifier, email address, or Apple private relay address
- Display name, app language, and time zone
- Bible reading progress, last position, notes, and highlights
- AI conversation and role-play inputs, generated responses, progress, and summaries
- Support category, title, message, and reply email
Information generated when you use the Service
- IP address, access time, app version, operating system, version, and device model
- Expo push token, notification preferences, and delivery status
- Subscription product, store, purchase, renewal, expiration, cancellation status, and transaction identifiers
- Operational metadata such as AI model, token usage, latency, and safe error codes
We do not request government identifiers, precise location, address books, advertising identifiers, or biometric data. Apple or Google processes payment-card details; we do not receive the complete card number.
3. Sensitive information
Questions and role-play inputs may contain religious or philosophical beliefs, health information, or personal concerns that you choose to provide. Before first using the AI features, we separately explain this processing and request explicit consent. Refusing consent does not prevent use of Bible reading or other features that do not require sensitive-information processing.
We process this information only to generate the AI response you request. We do not infer your beliefs for an advertising profile or use this information for targeted advertising. You may withdraw consent at any time. Do not submit unnecessary health information, another person's personal information, or other sensitive information.

The Service uses AI to generate Bible-related explanations and role-play. It does not make automated decisions that determine access to employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, or medical care.

Transfers may occur over the network when you request a feature or continuously through a provider's service infrastructure. We review applicable legal requirements and provider contractual safeguards and provide any consent or notice required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or provide your content for a third party's independent AI-model training.
6. Retention and deletion

Electronic records are securely deleted when the period expires. Data remaining in a backup is not restored for ordinary use and is removed when the backup expires.
7. Account deletion and subscriptions
Deleting your account in Settings immediately deletes personal information linked to the account. Payment records required by law are retained only after the user link is removed.
Deleting a Bible Loom account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel recurring billing separately in the relevant store.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and a portable copy of information you provided. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority. We verify requests and respond within the period required by applicable law.
Where applicable law grants additional rights, you may also exercise those rights without discrimination. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
9. Children and guardians
Bible Loom's Scripture content is suitable for a general audience. An independent account must be created and controlled by an adult or a guardian with legal capacity where they live. A minor may use a guardian-controlled device and account under the guardian's supervision.
We do not create an independent child profile or collect a date of birth. If we learn that a child independently provided personal information without required guardian authorization, we will delete it or perform the verification required by applicable law. A guardian may contact us to access or delete an account they control.
10. Cookies and tracking
The legal website does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. The language switch works only within the page and is not stored as a user profile. The app does not collect advertising identifiers or track users across apps.
11. Security
We use least-privilege access, encryption in transit, secure secret storage, access controls, data-minimized logs, backup and restore checks, and automated retention. Sign-in tokens and server secrets are not stored in the public app configuration or legal website.
12. Changes
We will announce changes through the app or website before they take effect. Material changes will receive any additional notice required by applicable law, and we will request renewed consent where required. We maintain prior versions and their effective dates on the website.
13. Complaints
You may complain to the privacy or consumer-protection authority available where you live. Korean residents may contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee.
